SHIPPING & RETURN
We are located in Bali, Indonesia.
We aim to ship all orders within 7-14 days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays.
International delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
Your orders may be subject to your country's customs and import taxes upon reaching the final destination.
These charges will be the customer's responsibility so please be aware of your country's import regulations.
Your goods are coming from a small island so delivery times are provided as estimations only.
The estimated delivery time does not include customs processing.
We're happy to accept returns for a refund or store credit.
Before every shipment, we thoroughly check each product one by one to assure they are in perfect condition.
We can only accept returns if they are sent back unworn, in their original condition and in their complete original packaging.
The cost of shipping a returned order back to us will be at the expense of the customer. Please use a courier with tracking to ensure the item is returned to us.
International returns are at the expense of the customer.
All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase date.
We cannot give refunds to damaged goods due to shipping but we will be happy to give you store credit to exchange your order.
